can I complete my court appointed community service with scs?
Yes. Simple community service is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization and is accepted by most probation agencies. Remember! Always get approval from your probation office BEFORE you begin volunteering anywhere!
Will the nonprofits in the SCS report, I buy for my area, be accepted by the court and my probation?
Yes. if your probation allows for you to work with ANY 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization. Depending on where you live SCS may offer a list specific to your probation office in the Report Library.

We recommend that you always check with your probation officer first to make sure the non-profit you have chosen will be accepted.
